Check Agent

The Check Agent is Otera’s first AI-powered logic engine.

It allows you to define and execute complex rule-based decisions directly in Otera Studio, using natural language instead of code.
Builders can use it to validate conditions, verify compliance, or check data consistency across multiple inputs — from documents to unstructured data.

Each Check Agent runs multiple checks in parallel and returns a structured output (e.g., pass, fail, missing info), including full reasoning details and decision traces.
It’s ideal for automating business validations such as claim eligibility, policy coverage, or data completeness.
