Automation Builder - New feature

This release focuses on significantly improving automation portability and setup efficiency with the introduction of the Copy Workflow feature, allowing users to seamlessly duplicate flows, sub-flows, and associated skills across Business Apps.

Copy Workflows Across Business Apps​

You can now duplicate workflows and all related sub-flows to a different Business App within the same Workspace.

Data Handling​

When copying, you have granular control over what assets are migrated:

  • Copy Skills: If selected, all skill versions are preserved and cloned. If deselected, the node structure and connections remain intact, but the skill details will be empty and require manual reconfiguration in the destination app.
  • Copy Credentials: Allows you to clone the necessary credentials alongside the flow (e.g., for Outlook nodes).

Sub-workflow Support: Automatically detects and recursively copies any sub-workflows referenced by the parent flow.

Known Limitations
  • Check Agents: These nodes cannot be copied. While the node itself may appear, the agent details are wiped and must be recreated inside the automation flow.
  • Ground Truth (GT): Ground Truth data is not migrated when a skill is cloned.
